If you are using Roku and would like to cancel your Peacock subscription, please follow the procedures below:
From the Roku player (Using Roku remote with * button)
- Start by launching the Peacock app from your Roku home.
- To manage your subscription, press the * option button on your remote and pick Manage Subscription from the menu that appears.
- Select the option to terminate your membership.
From a Computer:
- Log in to your Roku account at roku.com to get started.
- To unsubscribe from Peacock, go to Manage Your Subscription, then choose Peacock and click Unsubscribe.
